This is to advise that the CIE has published a new Position Statement on the Non-Visual Effects of Light – Recommending Proper Light at the Proper Time 2nd Edition. This position statement is a 2nd Edition of the PS of 2015, it intended to be an update on the work that the CIE has completed since 2015 along with advice on current and future work.
